For this service, we have specialized engineers and technicians and ideal equipment to meet the demands of the field:
- Ultrasound and Phased Array equipment: We work verifying with certified patterns the linearity conditions of the equipment and its accessory parts. This service allows you to maintain the calibration conditions when using the equipment.
- Nuclear Density Meters: We guarantee interventions in our bunker and laboratory through certified personnel and instruments that comply with the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency. The verification service verifies that the radiation emitted and received is in accordance with the factory parameters, calibrating and/or correcting the electronics with original TROXLER standards and spare parts as appropriate.
- Universal Testing Machines up to 100 Tn: In this case, the verification consists of comparing the load cell and the electronics of the machine with our certified Gold Class Interface load cells. With a laser and a Renishaw XL-80 interferometric velocity and displacement analysis, the traverse velocity and displacement analysis is performed. If calibration is necessary, we proceed to correct the electronics, guaranteeing the precision of the tests, as long as it is from a brand that we market.
- Profile Protectors: We work by comparing the magnifications and the reading system with certified glass rules. If it is detected that it is necessary to correct, we proceed to calibrate the optics (lenses).
- microscopes: Micrometric templates are used for verification. Faced with a defect in the amplification, the objectives and eyepieces are changed and the mechanical parts are repaired.
