[:is]In this note we will indicate some of the liquid products that ARO SA offers, such as visible, fluorescent, post-emulsifiable penetrating liquids, solutions for high temperatures, non-halogenated remover and those with ultra-high sensitivity.

ARO has different penetrating liquids visible Sherwin. The DP-50 model is a visible liquid removable with solvent or water, with excellent sensitivity in the formation of indications, high durability and performance.
Also, the DP-40, post emulsifiable visible liquid, used with ER-85 emulsifier, comparable with methods A and C. Also DR-60, non-halogenated cleaner/remover –with excellent solvent action-, made oil-based with all visible or fluorescent penetrants; and D-100, a non-aqueous wet developer, with uniformly refined particles to obtain a thin layer of developer. This can be used on smooth or rough surfaces, for visible or fluorescent penetrants, and is easily removed by mopping or watering.
We also have the high temperature solution with the visible liquid KO-17, with an excellent level of detection up to 176.7°C (350°F), ideal for reducing inspection times. It complies with the ASME code qualification procedure.
Also, there is the non-halogenated remover KO-19. Which complies with the ASME code qualification procedure, removes excess penetrant at elevated temperatures (up to 176.7°C); and the non-aqueous wet developer D-350, which allows to identify indications at high temperatures (up to 176.7°C), composed of white suspended particles.
Between the fluorescent penetrating liquids, we have the one with medium sensitivity for methods A and C HM-406, with precise indication of defects for rapid interpretation, low material consumption (low viscosity), recommended for use with D-100 or D-110A.1 developers and remover DR-60.
Likewise, we also have the ultra-high sensitivity for methods A and C HM-704, which does not contain petroleum distillates. This is ideal for detecting very small flaws. It meets low sulfur and low halogen requirements and is recommended for use with D-100 or D-110A.1 developer and DR-60 stripper. And, in turn, the high sensitivity for methods B, C and D RC-65, with a high flash point (93°C), used with lipophilic ER-85 and hydrophilic ER-83 emulsifier, recommended for use with developers D-100/ D-110A.1 and DR-60 remover.[:]
